✴What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a sweet tea that is fermented using beneficial cultures called Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY). The SCOBY is responsible for fermenting the beverage leaving us with a light, refreshing, probiotic drink. Kombucha is consumed for its numerous purported health benefits particularly its contribution to a healthy gut and stronger immune system. Kombucha is an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and energy booster.
✴How does it taste like?
Kombucha starts off as a sweet tea, but as it ferments, the SCOBY consumes the sugar and caffeine in the tea then converts it into organic materials, leaving us with a low sugar, low calorie, probiotic rich drink that is tart, cider-ish, and slightly sweet depending on flavors added.
✴About us
Immunitea Kombucha Ph serves craft-brewed kombucha, that means it's home crafted and produced on a limited scale. In contrast with commercial kombucha breweries, we adopt the traditional fermentation method which is a manual, all natural approach. We do not kill and replace our kombucha culture with laboratory produced probiotics. In addition, our drink has naturally-occurring carbons created by the kombucha cultures. Our kombucha is raw, unpasteurized, using only natural ingredients.
✴Recommended intake
For starters: start with 2-4oz on empty stomach taken with a glass of water. Observe how your body reacts. If no adverse effect, continue with same dose three times a day. Then gradually increase your intake as your system craves, but ideally not exceeding 500ml per day.
❣️Please note: As our product is homemade and natural, kindly expect slight inconsistencies with the same flavor as they may differ depending on sweetness and flavor of each fruit, herb or the tea used, along with other factors that may affect fermentation and flavor depending on several factors like climate, etc.
💝Give your body the love it deserves and get that boost of immunity now!
