APRIL 1, 2026

On April 1, 2014, Ilocos Training Regional Medical Center commenced its 11th residency training program—Community and Family Medicine (CFM). A program that was trailblazed by two and is now pursued by many. Over the years the program has created multitudinous family medicine specialists, fulfilling its mission to deliver innovative, people-centered, family-focused, community-oriented health care in all stages of life.

From 2 to multitudinous: a program that has expanded its genogram and services to the community continues to celebrate smiles, service, and community on its 12th year.
