MAYNILA — Kasabay ng mga pagsisikap na lutasin ang matagal nang mga isyu sa paggawa sa sektor ng enerhiya, pinaigting ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) at ng National Electrification Administration (NEA) ang kolaborasyon sa pagitan ng ahensya sa pamamagitan ng isang Technical Working Group na inatasang bumuo ng National Tripartite Council for Electric Cooperatives at gumawa ng Manual on Collective Bargaining.

Occupational Safety and Health Center Regional Extension Unit III invites you to attend our 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗛 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗢𝟭 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 on August 11, 2026.

BOSH for SO1 for Micro, Small to Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) with less than 50 employees. BOSH for SO1 is a 10-hour OSH orientation plus 2-hour Training of Trainers designed to impart knowledge and skills on basic concepts and principles of occupational safety and health to enable potential safety officers (SO1-certification) to implement their respective company's safety and health program.
Be reminded of the following:

❌More than 2 registrants per company
❌Minimum technological requirements were not met
❌Potentially high-risk establishments. (Refer to DO 252 s.2025)
𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲…
✔️Either a laptop or desktop with an internal/external we**am and microphone.
✔️Spreadsheet and presentation viewing/editing program such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Numbers, Keynote, etc.
✔️A stable internet connection is recommended (such as Fiber Wi-Fi) and a minimum connection of LTE for mobile broadband users. It is recommended to have 8GB data allowance/promo per day for those with data allocation limits (prepaid cellular/mobile data).

This FREE online training is in line with the Department Order 198-18, Guidelines on OSH Standards for the Private Sector, which aims to promote the safety & health of all workers. The free online BOSH is for workers who are:
• duly endorsed by their admin/HR
• shall be designated by their respective companies as Safety Officer.

About the Training Platform
• We will use Zoom & Google Classroom
• Join using a desktop/laptop ONLY
• 1 device per participant

Pinangunahan ni Secretary Francis N. Tolentino, kasama sina DMW Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac, TESDA Director General Jose Francisco “Kiko” Benitez, at OWWA Administrator Patricia Yvonne Caunan, ang paglagda sa Joint Memorandum Circular para sa pinalawak na pagpapatupad ng Kaalaman Tungo sa Kabuhayan (K2K) Initiative. Layunin ng programa na palakasin ang reintegration support para sa mga nagbabalik na OFWs at kanilang mga pamilya sa pamamagitan ng skills training, employment facilitation, at sustainable livelihood opportunities upang matulungan silang makabangon at magkaroon ng mas matatag na kabuhayan sa bansa.
