oscopy. Licensed under DOH-LICENSE #: GCL-3-CL-004-13-P, it was opened on January 2000. It offers all laboratory examinations from Routine Chemistry, Complete Blood Count, Urinalysis, Fecalysis and even to special exams like Hepatitis A B C Profile, Thyroid Function Tests, Tumor Markers, Reproductive Hormones, Bacteriology, Sperm Analysis, Stone Analysis, Urine and Serum Ketones, Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HBA1c) and Special Chemistry Assays e.g. Liver Profile Tests, Cardiac Injury Panel (Total CPK, CKMB, CKMM, Troponin - T, LDH) Lupus Panel (ANA, C3, LE cell prep ,LE Latex,) Body Fluids Analysis (Total Protein ,Glucose , LDH, Cell count, Differential count), Renal Profile (Bun, Creatinine, Uric acid, Ionized Calcium, Phosphorous, Potassium,) Pancreatic Profile (Amylase, Lipase, Ionized Calcium, Cholesterol, Triglycerides), Bone Joint Panel ( TPAG, ALP, Uric, Phosphorus, Ionized calcium), Electrolyte Panel 1 ( Na K Cl ), and Electrolyte Panel 2 ( Na, K, Cl, Ionized Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium). In marketing, Diaserv has been divided into two groups:
First; Laboratory to Laboratory Operation, in which Diaserv serves hospital laboratories and other free standing laboratories. It covers area from Mabalacat - Angeles - San Fernando - Arayat - Bataan - Balanga - Floridablanca - Guagua and Macabebe. Second; Industrial Medicine, in which Diaserv serves companies for their Annual Medical and Pre-Employment Examinations. Doing on-site urinalysis and fecalysis to avoid sample from contamination, X-RAY and ECG. Diaserv has proven its marketing strength over competitors by acquiring two units of MYTHIC Hematology Analyzer for Complete Blood Count (CBC); (2) CHEMWELLS and the newly acquired ACCENT 200 for automated Blood Chemistry Assays , SIEMENS IMMULITE 1000 for Automated Thyroid Functions, Tumor Markers and Reproductive Hormones; DREW DS5 and Bio-RAD D-10 for automated Glycosylated hemoglobin(HBA1c), ROCHE ELECSYS 2010 for automated Hepatitis Profile and Allergic diseases examination; An EASYLYTE PLUS, (2)DH-500 ELECTROLYTE ANALYZER for automated electrolytes and Ionized Calcium. (2) BIOSYSTEMS BTS-310 Spectrophotometer for other Chemistry Assays, also ROCHE URISYS1100, and SIEMENS CLINITEK 10 Parameters automated urine analyzer, and lastly, an INCUBATOR by MEMMERT and a BIOBASE MACHINE for safe and advanced processing of specimen in bacteriology. Diaserv also offers ULTRASOUND, 2D ECHO, VASCULAR ULTRASOUND using the newly purchased GE LOGIQ P5. For mobile X-ray, Diaserv acquired a brand new truck for trouble free operations in locations other than Pampanga. Accuracy and precision of results is highly guaranteed through daily running of controls per assay, weekly calibration of assays and monthly maintenance of machines.
