By next year, Fitness Asylum will officially transition into a Martial Arts School of Eskrima, under the Dugukan Martial Arts System, originally rooted in Cebu. ⚔️

Open to learners— kids, youths, and adults— who wish to cultivate energy, stillness, awareness, discipline, control, and to awaken the warrior from within.

This training goes beyond physical movement. It develops focus, self-mastery, respect, and inner strength.

Also open to agencies seeking advanced training under our International Trainer Developer/Grand Master, through the Dugukan Martial Arts System. ✨
