Ready to kick off the start of 2023 with a relaxing yoga session along with The Queens Community? 🧘‍♀️

Last year, we had a lot of our community members request for a yoga session. We heard you and we are making it happen💞

Join us on Monday, January 9 at 6:30PM via Zoom for an unwinding session with Coach Valerie (.yoga). Link to be posted on the day of the event 😊

Had no classes today so I was able to practice for myself without having to worry about being too tired after. I took it reeeaaallll slooowww so I could really feel. No vinyasas--just moving, just feeling, just breathing. 🤍
