💙🩺 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙩 𝘽𝙧𝙜𝙮. 𝘿𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙚𝙙𝙧𝙤 | 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮 2026

In celebration of Safe Motherhood Week and 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮 2026 with the theme “𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙,” the San Luis Primary Care Facility, in partnership with the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians – Agusan Chapter, successfully conducted a Medical Visit through the Purok Kalusugan Activity at Brgy. Don Pedro last May 14, 2026.

The activity brought essential healthcare services closer to the community, highlighting the continuing commitment of family physicians and healthcare workers in delivering accessible, compassionate, and community-oriented care.

Services rendered included:

✅ Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) screening and management – 46
✅ Geriatric assessment – 13
✅ PhilHealth renewal and updating – 35
✅ Medical consultation – 31
✅ Health advocacy – 30
✅ Tuli (circumcision) – 8
✅ HIV testing – 5
✅ Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) – 11
✅ Dispensing of medicines – 30

This initiative reflects the shared vision of strengthening primary care services and empowering communities through responsive healthcare programs and collaborative partnerships.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Council of Don Pedro for their invaluable support and hospitality, and to the LGU San Luis under the leadership of Hon. Ronaldo Y. Corvera for continuously supporting community health initiatives. Special appreciation is also given to the dedicated healthcare team of San Luis Primary Care Facility headed by Dr. Alvin Jay D. Labella, together with Dr. Hanni Bless A. Linconada, the staff, volunteers, and partner organizations whose commitment made this activity meaningful and successful.

San Luis Primary Care Facility successfully conducted an Earthquake and Fire Drill on May 12, 2026, under the leadership of Dr. Alvin Jay D. Labella. This activity aimed to strengthen disaster preparedness, promote safety awareness, and ensure the readiness of all personnel in responding effectively during emergency situations.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (MDRRM) Office and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for their invaluable support, guidance, and collaboration in making this activity successful. Together, we continue to foster a safer and more resilient healthcare environment for everyone.

Ang head and neck cancer ay maaaring makaapekto sa bibig, lalamunan, ilong, at iba pang bahagi ng ulo at leeg. Kapag naagapan, mas mataas ang tsansa ng paggaling.

As part of the Yambagan Festival celebration, the recently concluded Pregnant Ramp Walk highlighted the beauty, strength, and resilience of expectant mothers—bringing the community together in support of maternal health and family wellness.

This meaningful activity was spearheaded by Dr. Alvin Jay Labella, Municipal Health Officer, and Dr. Hanni Bless Linconada, DTTB, made possible through the dedicated and full-force effort of the San Luis Primary Care Facility Staff.

More than a showcase of confidence and grace, the event served as a platform to promote essential public health advocacies:
