QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- With at least 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Familiar with government-mandated benefits and statutory compliance, including: SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG Withholding Tax / BIR compliance
- Familiar with DOLE labor laws, HR policies, and employee disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for payroll and reports
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential employee records with professionalism and integrity
- Can work under pressure and manage multiple HR functions efficiently
