CEDRES hereby issues an urgent warning regarding a falsified Certificate of Analysis (COA) currently being circulated by an entity identifying itself as Wilsyezo Pharmaceuticals / Wilsyezo Wellness Solutions.

The fraudulent document incorrectly claims that CEDRES conducted quality testing for a product labeled "Tirzepatide PepSlim 15 mg/15mL Solution for Injection." Our internal audit and verification confirm this document is a forgery based on the following technical discrepancies:

EVIDENCE OF DOCUMENT FALSIFICATION:

β€’ INCORRECT C.A. NUMBER FORMAT: Uses a "22-" prefix (2022) for a 2025 claim.
β€’ SIGNATURE DISCREPANCIES: Dates are missing and signatories are no longer with the facility.
β€’ REMOVAL OF RELEASE DATE: This field was erased to hide the original 2022 source data.
β€’ OUTDATED COMPENDIAL REFERENCES: Cites USP-NF 2021 instead of current 2025 standards.
