On February 4, 2026, in Quezon City, Philippines, in observance of World Cancer Day 2026, the Philippine Cancer Society (PCS) and the Philippine Society of Oncologists (PSO) will officially convene at the PMA Auditorium to commemorate World Cancer Day, witness the signing of the City Cancer Challenge Memorandum of Understanding, and launch the ACT NOW Operations Manual.

A quick proof-of-life update ✨
Grateful to have spent the past 6 months (and to spend 6 months more!) with the incredible team at the Older Adults with Cancer Clinic, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
It has been a great learning experience with geriatric oncology, and I’m excited to translate it for a more meaningful impact. 🇵🇭

Early detection saves lives.

People with an abnormal breast lump should seek medical care, even if the lump does not hurt.
Most breast lumps are not cancer.

Breast lumps that are cancerous are more likely to be successfully treated when they are small and have not spread to nearby lymph nodes.
