* For Enrollment qualifiers (1st year, Transferees, Returnees ONLY)

▪️1 long- size brown envelope
▪️Smart phone (provide a screenshot proving that you have completed the Online Health Assessment Form for 2026-2027 and present it to the School Clinic upon submission medical requirements.

📢REMINDERS:
● Medical requirements should be secured from DOH-Accredited Medical Facilities.
● All medical requirements should not be more than 6 months from the date of examination/testing.
● In case of abnormal findings, the clinic may request additional medical requirements as deemed necessary.
● Make sure that all medical requirements are complete for smoother and faster transaction.
● Wearing of proper/appropriate attire during the enrollment period will be strictly observe.

#🧯FIRE AND EARTHQUAKE DRILL AND SEMINAR SUCCESSFULLY HELD!

In line with our commitment to campus safety, the Cebu Technological University Daanbantayan Campus- San Remigio Extension organized a fire and earthquake drill activity with the theme "Preparedness beyond Panic: Building a Disaster-Resilient Campus".

The initiative was made possible through the partnership with BFP R7 San Remigio Fire Station, headed by Officer-In-Charge SFO4 Rogelio A Abalos. The safety seminar and drill were represented and conducted by FO1 Christian M Ursal, assisted by FO1 Ladricson L Bate, with active participation from NSTP Students, SSG Officers, and our Faculty and Staff. Participants were trained on emergency evacuation procedures, hazard assessment, fire prevention techniques, and proper response during earthquakes.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the BFP R7 San Remigio Fire Station team for sharing their knowledge and expertise – your guidance is instrumental in helping us create a safer, more resilient learning environment for all!
