STARTING MAY 18, 2026, HMO ADVANCE APPROVALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONE DAY BEFORE VIA FACEBOOK OR EMAIL UNTIL 10 PM.
Please be advised that advance HMO approvals for consultations and procedures must be submitted at least (1) one day before your scheduled appointment. Submissions are accepted online via Facebook or Email only until 10:00 PM.
Requests sent after 10:00 PM will not be processed, so make sure to submit on time to avoid delays in your consultation or procedure. Our online advance approval system is designed to make the HMO process faster, easier, and more convenient for everyone. By submitting your requests before the 10 PM deadline, you help us ensure that approvals are processed promptly, allowing you to receive the care you need without unnecessary waiting.
