Cardio Days (SIMPLIFIED)
Here's a quick guide on any cardio workout.
If you want to have a measurable objective on cardio days. Try monitoring your heart rate (HR)
This is the amount of beats your heart does (measured per minute)
Try plugging in your age in the formula and see what your goals are.
Reminder that the 30 minute exercise per day is only a quick guide and does not take into account a lot of your personal goals. If you want/can do more, please do so!
