A PRAYER FOR A SUCCESSFUL HD TREATMENT
Dear Lord,
As I sit here for my dialysis today, I come to You with an open heart.
You know my fears, my tiredness, and even the moments when I feel discouraged.
Please calm my mind and remove any anxiety I may be feeling right now.
Let this treatment go smoothly—every line, every machine, every step.
Guide the hands of the nurses and doctors caring for me today.
Give them wisdom, focus, and a gentle touch.
Lord, when I feel weak, be my strength.
When I feel uncomfortable, give me peace.
When the hours feel long, remind me that this is helping my body heal.
Help me to stay hopeful, even on the hard days.
Give me patience to endure this process, and courage to keep going.
Remind me that each session is a step forward, not backward.
Bless my body to respond well to this treatment.
Protect me from any complications and keep me safe throughout.
And Lord, thank You for the people around me—
my family, my caregivers, and the nurses who support me every time.
Today, I choose to trust You.
Today, I choose to stay strong.
Today, I choose hope.
