Yes, SALT & good FATS are NOT the CAUSE of HYPERTENSl0N.
It is because of INFLAMMATION.
INFLAMMATION & HYPERTENSl0N are part of Metabolic Syndrome.
METABOLIC Syndrome is largely due to INSULlN RESlSTANCE.
lNSULlN RESISTANCE is due to constant stimulation to release INSULlN from the pancreas.
Of the three macronutrients, CARB0HYDRATES (especially simple sugars) spike insulin the most.
PR0TEINS stimulate it but in a more stable manner while FATS, only do so very minimally.
That is the reason why we do L0W CARB and Moderate to High Protein and Fat intake to make sure we do N0T stimulate our INSULlN too much and our healing to progress.
BL00D PRESSURE is a function of many things. But keeping a L0W Carb nutrition with the right electrolytes, vitamins and minerals, is one of the most important thing to do to be away from INFLAMMATION as the cause.
