We would like to inform the public regarding an incident involving Mr. Rowel A. Sotto and Ms Nathalie Ann M Sotto, and the use of our company’s pricing in a transaction with one of our potential clients.
We recently learned that a down payment was collected from our potential client using pricing associated with our company, despite the fact that the transaction was not authorized by us and the payment was not made to our company.
Upon further verification, we also came across publicly available Facebook posts dating as far back as 2021, with posts continuing through August 15, 2026, which appear to describe similar transactions or concerns involving the same individual. We are currently documenting these posts and verifying the circumstances behind each one.
We are therefore issuing this advisory to encourage everyone to exercise extreme caution and proper verification before entering into any transaction involving Mr. Sotto, particularly transactions involving construction, glass, aluminum, quotations, down payments, or pricing that may be presented as being connected to our company.

Tri-C Glass and Aluminum Services does not authorize Mr. Rowel A. Sotto to collect payments or down payments on our behalf.
Before making any payment, please verify directly with our official representatives and make sure that:
• The quotation is genuinely issued by our company;
• The recipient of the payment is properly identified and authorized;
• An official receipt or appropriate proof of payment is provided; and
• The transaction is confirmed through our official communication channels.
We are releasing this statement for public awareness and protection. We will continue to preserve relevant documents, messages, payment records, and publicly available information and will take the appropriate steps available to us.
