🧠 Anxiety Awareness

Ang anxiety ay hindi simpleng pag-aalala lamang. Ito ay maaaring magdulot ng matinding takot, kaba, at pag-aalala na nakaaapekto sa ating pang-araw-araw na pamumuhay.

Mga karaniwang sintomas:
• Madalas na pag-aalala o sobrang pag-iisip
• Mabilis na tibok ng puso
• Hirap huminga o pakiramdam na kinakapos
• Hirap matulog
• Pananakit ng ulo o dibdib
• Hirap mag-concentrate

💙 Tandaan: Ang pagkakaroon ng anxiety ay hindi kahinaan. Ang paghingi ng tulong ay isang tanda ng katatagan.

🌿 Mga paraan upang makatulong sa sarili:
✔ Maglaan ng oras para magpahinga
✔ Matulog nang sapat at kumain ng masustansya

Ang tag-ulan ay maaaring magdulot ng iba't ibang panganib sa kalusugan. Ang pagiging handa ay makatutulong upang mapanatiling ligtas ang buong pamilya.

✅ Mga Dapat Tandaan:
🛑 Maghanda ng emergency kit (first aid kit, flashlight, extra batteries, pagkain at malinis na inuming tubig).
💊 Siguraduhing may sapat na supply ng maintenance at iba pang mahahalagang gamot.
📱 I-charge ang inyong mga cellphone at power bank bago dumating ang bagyo.
🧼 Panatilihing malinis ang paligid upang maiwasan ang pagdami ng lamok at pagkalat ng sakit.
🚱 Uminom lamang ng malinis at ligtas na tubig.
