Isa na siguro sa struggles di lang ng mga SMA Warriors kundi na rin ng mga PWD with limited mobility ay yung hindi PWD friendly ng mostly sa mga lugar dito sa atin sa Pilipinas. Karamihan sa mga designs/plans have limited access to PWDs(no ramps). I hope that someday part of inclusion and iconsider din ang mga naka-wheelchair and strollers when designing or planning a public spaces and infrastructures.
We've visited this beautiful place in Cavite and the kids were amazed. Nakakalungkot lang kasi challenge talaga yung maiikot namin sila using their wheelchair. And sadly, di lang naman dito ang may mahirap na access para sa mga PWD. Karamihan sa mga pasyalan sa Pilipinas ay ganito. This is not to bring negativity but to seek improvement not only in here but to the entire country. Sana hindi porket PWD ay manatili na lang sa bahay. They also wanted to see beautiful places like this na open space.
Anyway, they love the place and wanted to come back next time.
