Malampusong gipahigayon ang "Operation Tuli" kaganihang buntag sa Sinacaban gym. Mo kabat sa 74 ka mga bata ug kabatan-onan ang nakapahimulos sa mao aktibidad. Gisugdan kini sa usa ka mensahe sa atong MHO Dr. Jessel Bajamonde Lumayag nga nagahisgot kabahin sa importansya sa pagpatuli sa usa ka lalaki. Gisundan dayun sa atong SB on Health, Christian Jack Vente, nga nagsay2x sa mga umaabot nga programa sa panglawas.

Nalipay ang mga inahan ug amahan sa libreng tuli nga gihatag sa LGU Sinacaban nga gi suportahan sa atong pinalanggang mayor Dello T. Lood ug sa iyang administrasyon, labi na gayud sa libreng icecream ug jollibee nga gipanghatag.

This year's National Womens month celebration centers on "Breast Cancer Awareness and Clinical Examination." Yesterday, May 20, 2026, it was attended by women all over our municipality, mostly women who has important positions in our community.

Board member ma'am Angeli A. Lood, opens the program with her inspiring message, focusing on the role of women in our society and women empowerment. She praises the strength of women leaders but also expresses her concern of their health in this challenging times.

Later that day, Dr. Garneth Japuz and Dr. Jessel Bajamonde Lumayag lectures on breast examination to educate and help raise awareness to the public.

The Philippines has one of the highest rates of breast cancer in asia, it is the most common cancer among Filipino women with over 33,000 new cases recorded annually.

Nevertheless, Filipina women remain strong and resilient amidst this different challenges.

Kudos to Princess Mae Pacatang-Lusing, our Nutrition focal person, and RHU staff for successfully delivering this challenging task.

The MELLPI PRO evaluation headed by ma'am Marichu G. Tijing, Misamis Occidental Provincial Nutrition Action Officer, together with her team, conducted the assessment last Monday. It started with a courtesy call with mayor Dello T. Lood and proceeded with the necessary evaluation of the municipal's nutrition program.

Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation Protocol (MELLPI PRO) is the upgraded assessment system used by the National Nutrition Council in the Philippines done annually to track and improve local nutrition programs. In short, it reflects how much do LGU's invest in nutrition.

Therefore, with this latest evaluation, it shows how Sinacaban significantly invested in nutrition in our community.
