Moreover this initiative strengthens our sustained efforts to promote mental wellness, early intervention, and holistic care for all.

Panoorin natin ang pahayag ng isang magulang na piniling pabakunahan ang kaniyang anak laban sa Measles-Rubella.

Isang patunay ng tiwala sa bakuna at malasakit sa kalusugan at kinabukasan ng bawat bata. Sa pamamagitan ng pagbabakuna, naiiwasan ang malubhang sakit at napoprotektahan hindi lamang ang sariling anak kundi pati ang buong komunidad.

🛡️ Ang “Chikiting Ligtas: Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) 2026” ay opisyal nang nagsimula ngayong araw, sa pangunguna ni Mayor Michael A. Piodena sa bayan ng Roseller T. Lim.

Pinagtibay ng Department of Health (DOH) ang kampanyang ito upang sugpuin ang pagtaas ng kaso ng tigdas (measles) at rubella na naitala noong nakaraang taon. Ito ay isang "non-selective" na kampanya, ibig sabihin, babakunahan ang lahat ng batang pasok sa edad, may dati man silang bakuna o wala.

🛡️ Mahalagang Detalye ng Kampanya

• Sino ang Babakunahan: Mga batang may edad 6 na buwan hanggang 59 na buwan (kulang 5 taon).

• Layunin: Mabakunahan ang humigit-kumulang 11 milyong bata sa buong bansa para makamit ang "herd immunity" at maiwasan ang mga outbreak sa komunidad.

• Saan Pupunta: May mga vaccination sites sa mga Barangay Health Station, Rural Health Units, Puroks, at mga covered court o mga vaccination posts.

• Seguridad at Gastos: Ang mga bakuna ay libre, ligtas, at epektibo. Pinondohan ito ng gobyerno upang matiyak na protektado ang bawat bata.

In its commitment to delivering quality, efficient, and equitable primary care services to RT Limnians and other underserved members of the community, the Municipal Health Office of RT Lim, in collaboration with the Local Government Unit headed by the Local Chief Executive, Hon. Engr. Michael A. Piodena, initiated another round of mental health consultations with its partner mental health professional, Dr. Shelaine P. Sison, Last December 6, 2025. A total of 20 patients were assessed, provided psychotherapy, and given free medications.

This is already the 3rd round of free mental health consultations conducted by the MHO Department for the year 2025. More activities of this kind will transpire next year through the continued leadership of our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Gabby R. Batuigas and the dedicated support of the health staff.
