The Municipal Health Office of Surallah proudly congratulates Alma D. Peñol, RM, Midwife III, of the Rural Health Unit of Surallah, for placing TOP 2 – Outstanding Rural Health Midwife in the 2026 Pugay Pangkalusugan Regional Awards.

From 28 nominees across the region, she was shortlisted among the Top 4 finalists and ultimately secured the 2nd place, bringing pride and recognition to the Rural Health Unit of Surallah.

This achievement reflects her dedication to maternal and child health, her commitment to community-based healthcare, and the consistent work of the Rural Health Unit in delivering essential health services to the people of Surallah.

Please be informed that, pursuant to Memorandum Order No. M-168, Series of 2026, the Municipal Health Office (MHO) and Super Health Center will observe a four-hour work schedule on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon only.

There will be 𝐍𝐎 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 at the MHO and Super Health Center on the said date.

This arrangement is in line with the observance of Family Week, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 60, Series of 1992, and “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga”, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 326, Series of 2012.
