ANNOUNCEMENT: PhilHealth Regional Office - Caraga, through the Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) - Surigao City, officially announces that PhilSys National ID Registration services are now available on-site. In alignment with government efforts to streamline public service delivery and promote digital transformation under the Bagong Pilipinas campaign, this initiative provides a convenient, one-stop hub for stakeholders to secure their National ID alongside their health insurance transaction needs. Registration is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Ground Floor, Ironcity Commercial Bldg., National Highway, Km. 4, Brgy. Luna, Surigao City.
To ensure a seamless processing experience, all applicants are advised to prepare and bring the necessary supporting documents before visiting the office.
