🙏Thank You for giving me another chance to live, to try again, and to grow.
Salamat po sa buhay, lakas, at sa bawat hininga na ipinagkakaloob Mo sa akin ngayon.

🙏Lord, as I start this day, I surrender everything to You.
Ibinibigay ko po sa Inyo ang aking mga worries, fears, and plans.

🙏Please give me strength for everything I will face today.
Bigyan Mo po ako ng lakas sa katawan, kalinawan sa isip, at kapayapaan sa puso.

🙏Lord, when I feel tired, remind me that You are my strength.
Kapag ako’y nanghihina, ipaalala Mo na hindi ako nag-iisa.

🙏Guide my thoughts, my words, and my actions today.
Nawa’y maging maayos ang bawat desisyon ko at makagawa ako ng mabuti sa kapwa.

🙏Lord, protect me from anything that will harm me physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
Ingatan Mo po ako sa lahat ng oras.

🙏And no matter what happens today, help me to trust Your perfect plan.
Kahit hindi ko maintindihan ang lahat, I will choose to believe in You.

🙏Thank You Lord for this new day.
I will walk with faith, hope, and courage.

📌 KIDNEY FAILURE (Advanced CKD / Uremia) — Clinical Features

📌 Fluid retention (volume overload)
• Leg/ankle swelling (pitting edema)
• Facial or periorbital puffiness may occur
• Rapid weight gain from fluid is a clue

📌 Shortness of breath (pulmonary edema risk)
• Breathlessness, worse on lying down
• Lung crackles may be present
• Severe overload can cause acute pulmonary edema (emergency)

📌 Urine & volume clue
• Reduced urine output may occur in advanced disease
• Earlier CKD can cause nocturia (more urination at night)
• Kidneys lose ability to balance salt + water → swelling/overload

📌Fatigue + anemia of CKD
• Persistent fatigue, weakness, low energy
• Pallor may reflect low Hb (↓ erythropoietin)

📌Uremic GI symptoms
• Nausea, poor appetite
• Metallic/bad taste in mouth
• Vomiting can occur in advanced uremia

📌Skin manifestations
• Dry, itchy skin (uremic pruritus) is common in advanced CKD
• Skin may look dry/rough from chronic illness

📌Neurologic / cognitive features (uremic encephalopathy)
• Poor concentration, brain fog
• Confusion or reduced mental clarity
• Severe untreated uremia → seizures or coma (emergency)

📌Muscle and nerve symptoms
• Muscle cramps and generalized weakness
• Peripheral neuropathy: tingling/numbness may occur

📌High-yield concept
• Kidney failure → waste (uremic toxins) + fluid accumulation
• Advanced disease may require dialysis
• Kidney transplant may be needed in end-stage disease

Tumatama talaga sa puso yung sinabi ni Toni Gonzaga na, “Never trust a man who gets upset when you react to the things he has done.”

Kasi totoo naman—kung may ginawa siyang mali, natural lang na may maramdaman ka. Hindi ka OA, hindi ka sensitive. Reaction mo ‘yon sa action niya.
Pero kapag siya pa ang galit, ikaw pa ang sinisisi, parang kasalanan mo pa na nasaktan ka—doon ka dapat mag-isip.

Ang taong may malasakit, marunong umako ng pagkakamali. Nakikinig. Hindi ka pinapatahimik para lang maging komportable siya.
Hindi ka niya pinaparamdam na mali ang feelings mo.

Lesson dito: huwag mong i-doubt ang sarili mo kapag may nararamdaman ka. Valid ‘yan.
At tandaan—ang taong mahal ka, hindi ka papagalitan dahil nasaktan ka.
