Learning can be a tedious process given the rapid evolution of technology. Just when you think you've updated your knowledge, another update arrives. This is inevitable as we move towards an AI-driven world, where changes happen quickly. Therefore, everyone needs to invest time in staying informed about trends, especially in dermatology.

I am encouraging my managers to learn continuously so they can become more knowledgeable and adapt to these changing times. One day, they may feel confident about a topic, but the next day, new information could shift their perspective. Studies and research are ongoing and never-ending, so it’s crucial for to have a mindset of continuous learning.
