Last May 25, 2026, we honor and remember our patients who bravely fought against the complications of HIV. Their lives, stories, and struggles continue to inspire our commitment to compassion, care, and service.

As we commemorate them, we also unite in hope and prayer—for continued breakthroughs in science, for a vaccine that will prevent the spread of HIV, and for innovative treatments that may one day lead to healing and cure.

May their memories strengthen our advocacy, deepen our empathy, and remind us that behind every diagnosis is a life worthy of dignity, love, and hope. Together, let us continue the fight against stigma, promote awareness, and uphold the mission of saving lives.

Strengthening our commitment to HIV awareness, prevention, and compassionate care.

Team LMCDC proudly participated in the HIV Counselor Training conducted by the Department of Health – Center for Health Development Region I last May 17–22, 2026 at J&V Hotel and Resort.

Representing the team were Ms. Jay Ruflore Cabonias, RN, Maureen Raquedan, RN, and Elma Lite, RN — empowered with strengthened knowledge and skills to further advocate for safe, stigma-free, and patient-centered HIV counseling services in our communities.

“Oplan Tuli 2026” successfully reached the Municipality of Burgos on May 16, 2026, as Team LMCDC, in collaboration with MHO Dr. Angelica Rocelle Pablico and the Provincial Health Office, safely served and operated on 65 young boys.

Through unity, compassion, and dedicated public health service, the mission brought not only medical care but also hope and wellness to the community—one child, one family, and one future at a time.

Tagudin Oplan Tuli (Day 1) at TFCC, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur was successfully conducted, serving a hundred young boys through a collaborative effort led by MHO Dr. Richel Ann Carbonel together with Tagudin RHU Staff, ISDH–Tagudin, and LMCDC (Ms Jay Ruflore C. Cabonias RN, Ms. Rejina Villarde RN, Ms. Sophia Abriam RN, Mrs. Angelita Javier RM & Ms Allysa Divino RM)

The Medical Mission held today, April 25, 2026, at Babaoayan, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, was made possible through the collaborative efforts of UMC-Babaoayan, led by Pastor Haykie Tenorio with Ms. Charlene Magaliao and her dedicated team. The initiative was further strengthened by the leadership of Dr. Lauricel Pang-ag, who conducted the medical consultations, ensuring that patients received attentive and quality care.

In support of this endeavor, Team LMCDC generously provided free laboratory diagnostic services, expanding access to essential healthcare for the community. This collective effort reflects a shared commitment to delivering compassionate, accessible, and comprehensive medical services to those in need.
