This Virgo New Moon arrived on September 11, a date that also marks 25 years since 9/11, a day that forever changed America and so many lives. I’ll never forget that day. I was living in San Francisco and working at Stanford University. I was scheduled to take my driver’s license test, but everything shut down as we watched the tragedy unfold in disbelief. Today, I hold space for those who lost their lives, the survivors, first responders and families forever affected. 🙏🏻🤍

The Virgo New Moon reminds us that transformation doesn’t always require a dramatic overhaul. Sometimes it begins with small, intentional shifts, such as, healthier habits, clearer minds and more conscious choices.
For me, this season is also about taking life a little less seriously and choosing more joy. We can be responsible and still live lightly. ✨

I invite you to pause with me…to release, reset & realign through healing sound, meditation and intention.

Praying and sending love & healing light for all those affected by the devastating flash floods in Nepal, Tibet, and China. 😢💔
May comfort, strength, and protection surround the people of Nepal and China during this time of immense sorrow and devastation.
We lift up our hearts for every individual, family, and community broken by these catastrophic flash floods.
Bring solace to the families who have lost their loved ones, their homes, and their livelihoods. In the midst of shock and pain, may they find arms to hold them and the peace that passes understanding.
Grant them endurance, hope, and safety. Shield them from further danger, and guide rescuers swiftly to their side.
Strengthen the hands of the first responders, military personnel, volunteers, and medical teams. Grant them safety as they navigate treacherous terrain, wisdom in their urgent decisions, and untiring energy to save lives.
Awaken our collective empathy. Move us to respond with generosity, unity, and sustained support to help these nations rebuild.
May the waters recede, the skies clear, and a path toward healing and hope begin to open for all those affected.

The June 2026 full moon in the Philippines peaked on June 30, 2026, at 7:56 AM. Also known traditionally as the Strawberry Moon, it is said to be a good time for tapping into an energy of abundance and using that to reach for your goals, to start a new creative pursuit, or perhaps to open your heart to a new connection.
Energy shifts from planting and striving to gathering and enjoying. Are you allowing yourself to enjoy the sweetness of life? For me, it was spending time with family visiting from abroad and being by the sea with good friends. I am reminded that wellbeing also includes joy, satisfaction, and moments of simple pleasure!
Also, take note Mercury Retrograde started on June 29, 2026, and will last until July 23, 2026. These periods are thought to influence communication, travel, technology, and even everyday decision-making. When Mercury is in retrograde, things may feel off. This doesn’t mean disaster is guaranteed but it’s wise to proceed with extra care!
During Mercury retrograde, it said to:
* Avoid signing major contracts or making big purchases.
* Double-check emails, messages, and travel plans.
* Back up your data and devices.
* Be patient…especially with miscommunications.
* Revisit old projects instead of starting new ones.
Flexibility is your friend. You can’t stop your life, but plan ahead, have backup plans, and be prepared for people’s shorter fuses and miscommunication. Keep cool & have fun! 😉✨💕 🌊🌴☀️

The New Moon in Gemini took place in the Philippines on June 15, 2026. Gemini is symbolized by the twins, one mortal and the other immortal, reflecting the dual nature of life and the delicate balance between our physical existence and spiritual essence.
Each of us discovers balance in our own way, yet one of the simplest ways to connect our human and spiritual sides is through joy, laughter, shared meals, and meaningful connections.
Last weekend, I felt incredibly grateful to celebrate Global Wellness Day alongside an inspiring community dedicated to health and wellbeing. It was filled with heartfelt conversations about nurturing happiness and sustaining a healthy life!
This was as a gentle reminder that life is not solely about moving forward or chasing direction, it is also about being present! About embracing laughter and lightness.
