what if the life you’re envisioning isn’t asking for more certainty...
but more capacity?
we spend so much time focusing on the vision.
the next chapter, relationship, business, freedom, dream and belatedly ask
who do i need to become to sustainably hold what i’m asking for?
because life has a way of revealing our capacity gaps that force us to meet parts of ourselves we’d rather avoid.
and while it can feel disorienting, these moments are often showing us where growth is trying to happen.
where the body is learning a new language
where trust is being built
where old identities are loosening their grip.
this feels especially alive in a season where so many of us are standing between a version of ourselves that no longer fits and a future that hasn’t fully arrived 🫠
the invitation isn’t to rush across the threshold
rather build enough relationship with yourself that when the future arrives, you can remain present for it..ALL of it
because the future doesn’t just require vision.
it requires a vessel.
and that, perhaps, is the deeper work

Stay rooted out there
