Sa US may measles outbreak po (news coverage dated Aug 26,2026). Madami na din po unvaccinated sa kanila dahil sa mga disinformation about the safety and benefits of measles vaccine. We need >95% coverage po para magkaroon herd immunity to prevent an outbreak dito sa atin. Kung di pa po nabigyan ng supplemental dose ng MR sa mga health centers ang mga anak nyo ngayong August, pwede pa po until Aug 28,2026.

Suportado po ng mga Pediatricians ang Ligtas-Tigdas Program ng DOH. Pabakunahan ang inyong mga anak 6-59 months laban sa Measles and Rubella sa inyong mga health centers.

Suportahan po natin ang Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) ng DOH.
Lahat ng mga bata 6mos to 59mos ay bibigyan ng Measles-Rubella Vaccine at Vit A kahit na nabigyan na or first time pa lang.
Ang mga pasyente po na nakatanggap ng mga bakuna sa private clinics ay iniimbitahan pong magpa bakuna muli sa mga health centers. Ito po ay para mawala na ang tigdas at rubella sa Pilipinas. Salamat po.

Mga kaalaman tungkol sa pagpupurga (deworming) mula sa mga Pediatric Infectious Specialists

Pangalagaan ang kalusugan at kapakanan ng ating mga anak. Ngayong National Deworming Month (Hulyo 2026), makiisa tayo sa laban kontra sa bulate.

Gamitin ang gabay na ito mula sa Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of the Philippines (PIDSP) para malaman ang mga facts, sintomas, at paraan para iwasan ang sakit para sa kaligtasan ng pamilya.
