🛑 1. The "Commute Glow" (Pollution & Sweat)Taking the jeep, bus, or MRT exposes your skin to Manila’s dust and exhaust. Sweat trapped under a mask or in humid classrooms creates a breeding ground for bacteria.

💡 Derm Tip: Carry a gentle, non-stripping cleanser or micellar water, and a quick-drying towel in your backpack to refresh after your commute.

🛑 2. Campus Stress = BreakoutsExams and projects increase cortisol levels, which lead to excess oil production and acne flare-ups.
