Our patient has been living with psoriasis for almost 6 years. She was previously maintained on a combination of methotrexate, phototherapy, and topical medications, with minimal to no improvement. Traveling in and out of Davao just to be seen by a dermatologist also became physically and emotionally exhausting.

Last January, we started her on biologic therapy (injectable). Just 1 month after the initial treatment, we noted significant clearance of her lesions, along with a marked improvement in her quality of life.
