Regarding Lalamove Pick-Up and Payment Procedure
O&C Medical Supplies would like to formally inform all Lalamove Drivers that we do NOT allow pick-ups that require advance payment through 7-Eleven (7/11) kiosks or any similar payment arrangements.
Please be advised of the following:
O&C Medical Supplies does not authorize Lalamove drivers to make advance payments on behalf of customers.
We do not accept pick-ups where drivers are instructed to pay first at a 7/11 kiosk and present a receipt to collect the goods.
Any driver arriving at our premises with instructions to pay in advance will not be allowed to pick up the product.

Please be cautious of transactions or booking instructions associated with the following contact details:

Any instructions from this contact requesting advance payment via 7/11 kiosk are NOT authorized by O&C Medical Supplies.
For transparency and awareness, O&C Medical Supplies will upload and share copies of receipts and relevant conversation history provided by affected Lalamove drivers to help prevent similar incidents and protect the driver community.
This policy is strictly enforced to avoid misunderstandings, payment disputes, and unauthorized transactions.
We strongly advise all Lalamove Drivers to verify booking instructions before proceeding to our location and to follow only approved pick-up and payment arrangements.
