Hindi lang basta pag-inom ng gamot ang treatment adherence — ito ang susi para manatiling healthy at ma-achieve ang Undetectable status.

Kapag tuloy-tuloy at tama ang pag-inom ng ARVs, bumababa ang viral load hanggang maging undetectable. At kapag undetectable = untransmittable.

Missed pills happen, pero huwag sumuko sa gamutan. Bumawi, magpa-guide o mag-message sa case manager para sa mga katanungan.

Ang Non-Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV) ay isang ligtas, mabilis, at minimally invasive na permanenteng kontrasepsyon para sa lalaki na walang hiwa at mas mabilis ang paggaling.
