At Sustainable Procurement, Innovation, Resources in Advancing Lifesaving services for HIV ( ) 2026, Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines - SHIP shared findings from our Analytics of HIV Outcomes in Young Communities ( ), highlighting the impact of an ecosystem of HIV services where clients can move between community services (like venue and online meet-ups), the , and delivery services, based on their needs and preference.
๐ Across nearly 100,000 HIV testing encounters among almost 50,000 clients, community services served as an important entry point, while transitioning from community to clinic or TelePrEP was associated with twice higher retention, showing how choice enables continuity in prevention services.

After five years of support from the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project, funded by the US Government, our SAIL Clinics were recognized for excellent HIV services in the Philippines.

Our clinics also received awards for exceptional active case finding, same-day treatment, treatment retention, viral load coverage and suppression, inventory reporting, and data quality. These recognitions belong to the incredible SAIL crew, partners, and clients who have built these services with us, and to our partners at EpiC who supported our growth over the past five years.
