The world is rapidly changing. With change comes the pressure to adjust…to conform…to resist. Stress is as common a word nowadays as “french fries” is. Handle stress well and we become stronger, better individuals. Handle it incorrectly and we could end up being sick.
How then do we do that?
1. Acknowledge stress abd the sources of it.
2. If numerous, determine which of them are manageable and which are those that you just learn to live with everyday. Either way, you need to know your coping mechanisms so that you will also know which to keep and which to unlearn.
3. Love God and seek His purpose for your life. This way, you can be sure that whatever comes your way, He will make it work together for your good.
