I was watching what parents were putting in their carts for their kids’ snacks today, and honestly… it made me sad. So much processed, hydrogenated, sugar-filled stuff. We don’t realize it, but the grocery cart is a preview of your child’s future health.

Ang dami sa atin, especially office workers 35–60 y/o, already take meds for hypertension. Pero minsan, parang may kulang pa rin.😟
