Good day to all my dear patients and parents,

I sincerely apologize for the very late notice. I understand that many of you have been trying to reach me through this page.

Since June 2025, I have not been holding clinic as I have made the decision to pursue further training in Hematology and Oncology.

This was not an easy decision. Caring for your children has been one of the greatest honors and privileges of my life. I am taking this step to grow professionally, with the hope of serving you and your families even better in the future.

Thank you very much for your continued trust, understanding, and support. I truly look forward to caring for you again in the years ahead.

Mpox (formerly known as monkeypox) is a disease caused by infection with the monkeypox virus, which is part of the same family as the virus that causes smallpox.

People with mpox often get a rash, along with other flulike symptoms. The rash will go through several stages, including scabs, before it heals.

With all the buzz in the news lately about the mpox case detected locally, let’s talk about mpox, how it’s transmitted, what the symptoms are, how it’s prevented, and how we treat it.
