𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐈𝐕 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐈𝐃𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

On April 11, 2026, the NSTP students of Isabela State University (ISU) Echague actively participated in an HIV and AIDS awareness initiative aimed at strengthening knowledge, reducing stigma, and promoting responsible health practices among the youth.

Nearly 2,000 NSTP students joined the activity, showing strong engagement and commitment to health awareness and community responsibility.

A total of 258 individuals underwent HIV testing, demonstrating courage, awareness, and proactive care for their health. These efforts reflect the importance of early detection, proper counseling, and continuous education in preventing the spread of HIV.

Together, we continue to build a more informed, compassionate, and responsible generation. 💙

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐈𝐃𝐒 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 | 𝐈𝐒𝐔–𝐄𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞

On December 13, 2025, The Cagayan Valley Support System Inc. (TCVSSI), in collaboration with the NSTP Department, held a World AIDS Day activity at the Amphitheatre, Isabela State University – Echague.

With the theme “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming the AIDS Response,” the event engaged less than 300 students, professors, and instructors in HIV and AIDS awareness.
65 participants also took part in the HIV and AIDS screening, showing courage, responsibility, and support for a stigma-free community.

Together, we continue to educate, empower, and save lives. ❤️

Grateful to stand alongside dedicated partners at today’s event hosted by DSWD Region II held this December 03, 2025, at Hotel Carmelita, Tuguegarao City. With the theme “𝓞𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓓𝓲𝓼𝓻𝓾𝓹𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷: 𝓣𝓻𝓪𝓷𝓼𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓐𝓘𝓓𝓢 𝓡𝓮𝓼𝓹𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓮,” the gathering reminded us how powerful collaboration can be especially in moments that call for resilience, innovation, and unified action.

The BS Biology students of Isabela State University – Echague Main Campus Isabela State University - Biological Society successfully held an inspiring event this 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, with the powerful theme “𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡.”

We are very thankful for the invitation and for the chance to be part of this meaningful advocacy.. 💚

A total of 𝟓𝟐 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 participated in the HIV Screening, along with sessions on HIV and AIDS awareness, reproductive health, and safe practices.

HIV cases are increasing among young people or Gen Z. Many are affected because of lack of proper information and awareness.

That is why it is important to educate students in schools and universities about HIV—how it spreads, how to prevent it, and why testing is important.

Through education, we can protect the youth, reduce stigma, and save lives.

Let’s spread awareness. Let’s choose to be informed.

57 A DAY

They are young, often broke, sometimes in love. They come in quietly. Walk-in clinics, anonymous forms. Every day, 57 more of them.

The virus isn’t new. Its targets are. Fifteen. Seventeen. Twenty-two. Their blood is telling the truth faster than their government can listen.

Congress remains unmoved. The halls are preoccupied with ceremonies of allegiance.

There'll be indignant speeches. A task force. A ribbon. And another 57 tomorrow.

The Network Plus PH Board of Trustees held its regular meeting from November 22–24, 2025, as part of its ongoing commitment to strong governance and effective leadership. During the sessions, the trustees reviewed strategic plans, discussed key organizational updates, and aligned priorities to further enhance our programs and services.
