Today, we celebrate not only another year in the life of a remarkable woman, but also a life that reflects courage, resilience, faith, and unconditional love.

Fellow MBK, join me in honoring Sis Judith-mar Esperanza Bumarlong-Alilam—a devoted wife to Atty. James Gammad Alilam, a loving mother of three accomplished sons, and a proud grandmother whose greatest joy has always been her family.

She is the proud mom of Patrick John, a Second Mate Officer on an international vessel; Eman Jed, a banker at DBP; and Kenneth James, a banker with ING. She is an Epithelioid Sarcoma cancer survivor whose story is a testament to hope and strength. Their achievements speak volumes about the values, character, and unwavering support they received from an extraordinary mother.

Beyond her role as a mother, Sis Jud also dedicated years of faithful service as a Fire Officer of the Bureau of Fire Protection Regional Office II, touching countless lives through her commitment to public service.

But perhaps one of her greatest badges of honor is this—she is a cancer survivor.
She faced one of life's toughest battles with courage, grace, and unwavering faith.

Today, she stands as living proof that hope is stronger than fear and that every scar carries a story of victory.

Here in MBK, we are grateful to have Ate Jud as part of our family. Your journey continues to inspire fellow warriors and survivors to keep believing, keep fighting, and keep living with purpose.

MBK honors Rachel Gacuan for her dedication to serve❤️

Meet SK Fed Pres. Rache, 26 years old, graduate of Cagayan State University with a degree in BSED–English and is currently pursuing her graduate studies.

She is an awardee of the Top 20 Outstanding Youth Leaders of Cagayan in 2021 and a GAWAD Claude Andrews Awards honoree under the student category in 2022.

She currently serves as the SK Federation President and Ex-Officio Member of the Sangguniang Bayan of Enrile, Cagayan.

Currently navigating her journey as a Lymphoma warrior, she continues to stand with courage and grace—proving that true strength is not only in leading others, but also in choosing to rise every single day.

Thanks Rache, for setting a great example for the youth to face adversities with courage and resilience.

Sis Mischelle reminds us that confidence isn't just about how you look—it's about knowing who you are, choosing hope, and never giving up no matter what life throws your way.

She is a passionate entrepreneur, a coffee lover, a proud dog mom to Levi and Kitkat, and someone who enjoys finding joy in life's simple moments.

But more importantly, she is a breast cancer survivor whose journey taught her that every challenge can become a stepping stone to a stronger, more purposeful life.

‎May mga pagkakataong ang isang simpleng advocacy ay umaabot sa mga taong hindi mo inaasahang maaabot.
‎
‎Noong minsang may nagtanong kung may support group ba kami para sa stroke survivors, ang sagot namin ay wala pa. Ang MBK ay binuo para sa mga cancer warriors at survivors.
‎
‎Pero ilang araw lang ang lumipas, may isang mensaheng dumating.
‎
‎"Inspired ako sa ginagawa ninyo. Gusto ko ring ibahagi ang aking kwento bilang isang stroke survivor."
‎
‎At doon namin muling naalala...
‎
‎Ang pag-asa ay walang pinipiling diagnosis.
‎
‎Sa ating MBK Kamustahan, ibinahagi ni Teacher Jason ang kanyang napakatapang na paglalakbay bilang isang stroke survivor—ang takot, ang pagbangon, ang suporta ng pamilya, at ang pananalig sa Diyos na naging sandigan niya sa bawat hakbang.

‎Maraming salamat sa pagpapaalala sa aming lahat na ang stroke ay maaaring magpabago ng buhay, pero hindi nito kayang nakawin ang pag-asa, pananampalataya, at layunin ng isang tao.

‎Sa MBK, hindi lang tayo nagbabahagi ng mga kuwento.

‎Nagpapasa tayo ng lakas.
‎Nagbibigay tayo ng pag-asa.
