𝗔 𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡. 🤍

I know I said we'd meet again in October.

We still intend to.

The weekly Sadhaka practice has continued here while I've been away through the stories, questions, and small invitations we've been sharing each week.

Each one, a little doorway into practice.

For our in-person classes, the timing is a little less certain.

My residence process is still unfolding, and I don't yet have a date I can promise you. It may mean our return moves into November.

Until then, we'll keep meeting here one week at a time.

I'll share the schedule as soon as I know.

Sadhaka will be taking a little pause as I step into a new chapter: getting married, spending time with family, and allowing this season to unfold.

I'll be away for the coming months, and we hope to return to practice with you again in October.

Thank you for being here through it all — for showing up, breathing, moving, and growing alongside me.

Sadhaka has always been a living practice.

Sometimes that practice is found in the shala.
Sometimes it asks us to step into life itself.
