The Umingan Community Hospital joins the country in celebrating the hardwork, persistence and resilience of all the workers this Labor Day.

Together with the Provincial Government of Pangasinan headed by Hon. Ramon V. Guico III, Provincial Hospitals of Pangasinan, the PhilHealth Regional Office I Launches PhilHealth Yaman sa Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) and Guaranteed and Accessible Medications for Outpatient Treatment (GAMOT) at SM City Rosales, Pangasinan today, May 1, 2026

The PhilHealth YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan Program) and GAMOT (Guaranteed and Accessible Medications for Outpatient Treatment) programs aim to provide free, accessible primary healthcare and essential medicines, reducing out-of-pocket expenses and preventing hospitalizations.
