Pamas Mission (Philippine Adventist Medical Aviation Services) This is the Official PAMAS fb Page. PAMAS is a unique ministry in several ways. Thank you for your support!
(1)

PAMAS is a non-profit that helps impact remote communities using wholistic air support, medical care, education, and agriculture services. PAMAS was established in 2007 when Dwayne Harris, a helicopter and fixed-wing pilot/mechanic, was inspired to start a much needed aviation ministry in the Philippines. With the help of many volunteers the work has grown and expanded to cover four main areas of

the Philippines, with airbases, and air support in: Palawan, North Luzon, South Luzon, and Mindanao. PAMAS is a Philippine SEC registered, non-profit humanitarian organization that uses air support, medical care, agriculture, and educational assistance to uplift the people and break down prejudices in remote and isolated areas where help is needed most. First, it is the only air medical evacuation service of its kind in the Philippines that is available to everyone regardless of their financial resources. Secondly, it operates by faith, through donations, and is solely staffed by dedicated volunteers who share the same passion to help others.

Recent Flights & Ministry Highlights 🚁

A PAMAS Bible worker recently brought newly baptized members from one of our mountain church plants to visit our base—a joyful reminder that the greatest miracle is a life surrendered to Jesus.

In recent flights, our teams evacuated seriously ill and injured patients from remote mountain villages, including an elderly man with sudden one-sided weakness. God guided our pilots safely to a brand-new landing site, where villagers used white flags to mark the way. We also transported missionary families, helped patients reach the care they needed, returned a loved one to their island for burial, and delivered much-needed supplies to our mountain clinics and schools.

Thank you for praying for our pilots, medical teams, Bible workers, teachers, and volunteers. Please continue to pray that every flight will not only meet physical needs but also help lead people closer to Jesus.

What if God is calling you to use your nursing skills to reach the unreached?

🚁 Nurses Needed Now! 🚨

Our Flight Medic teams in Palawan and Mindanao urgently need long-term volunteers.

If you are a nurse who loves mission work and is willing to serve in emergency and remote settings, we invite you to prayerfully consider joining the PAMAS team.

Previous flight-medic experience is not required. Flight-medic-specific orientation, and training will be provided to help prepare you for the unique challenges of mission aviation medicine.

Your skills could help bring lifesaving care—and the love of Jesus—to people in some of the Philippines’ most difficult-to-reach communities.
