Influenza-like Illness - parang trangkaso. Nakakalagnat ba talaga ang maulanan at magswimming ng gabi?

Dati, kapag ka naambunan o naulanan tayo, o di' kaya magsuswimming tayo ng gabi, ang tendency, pag nilagnat tayo, doon isisisi ng mga lolo't lola natin, pati ng mga parents natin. Pero tapos na yang era na yan! Ofcourse not! Kawawa naman yung ulan at ambon diba? Naliligo pa nga tayo sa ulan di naman tayo nilalagnat. So si virus ang most common cause ng trangkaso.. kaya may Flu vaccine. Pero syempre, di naman purkit nilagnat ka noong naambunan o naulanan ka o nagswimming ka ng gabi e virus agad ang cause. Syempre, need muna iassess ni Doc, baka mamaya may ibang cause at nagkataon lang na naulanan ka diba? So magpacheckup pa din para sigurado!
