Let’s clear up the biggest misconception about Acupuncture: "Doesn't it hurt?" 🚫💉

As a doctor, I used to be skeptical too. But here is the reality:

How I use it in my clinic:
I use acupuncture to "unblock" the nervous system. When your fascia is tight, it compresses nerves and blood vessels. Needling releases that tension, allowing blood to rush back in and deliver oxygen to healing tissues.

Why I love it: It gives patients immediate relief in areas where physical therapy and painkillers failed.
