Sa pangunguna ng City Health Office, katuwang ang Valenzuela Medical Center, at sa pakikipagtulungan ng Barangay Ugong, matagumpay na idinaos ang "Kilatis Kutis" activity noong Abril 17, 2026, sa 4th floor New Multipurpose Hall, Barangay Ugong.

Layunin ng programang ito na palakasin ang kamalayan ng publiko hinggil sa leprosy—isang sakit na matagal nang may lunas at hindi dapat katakutan. Nagkaroon ng libreng konsultasyon sa balat at pamamahagi ng gamot sa 101 participants mula sa mga eksperto ng Valenzuela Medical Center Dermatology Department.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalaganap ng tamang impormasyon at pagtigil sa diskriminasyon, mas napapalapit tayo sa isang inklusibo at makataong komunidad.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang Zero Leprosy NCR—isang hakbang tungo sa lipunang walang takot, walang panghuhusga, at puno ng pag-unawa.
