Para sa mga walang Philhealth at gustong mag register sa Philhealth. At para sa mga wala pang assigned Yakap Clinic. Pumunta lang po kayo at dalhin din ang inyong mga dependents para ma register po namin agad kayo. July 16 tabi mg Barangay Hall ng Guisao.
