We are looking for a skilled, responsible and dedicated Surgical Technician to join our Operation Theatre team and assist in providing safe and efficient surgical care.

🏥 Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare OT and arrange surgical instruments and equipment
✅ Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
✅ Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
✅ Maintain sterility and infection-control standards
✅ Handle surgical instruments and supplies carefully
✅ Perform proper counting and documentation of instruments and sponges
✅ Coordinate with OT Incharge, nurses and surgical staff
✅ Follow biomedical waste disposal and hospital safety protocols
✅ Assist during emergency situations

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

✅ BS (Hons) Surgical Technology / B.Sc. OT Technology
OR Diploma in Surgical Technology from a recognized institute
✅ 2–3 years of experience in Operation Theatre
✅ Good knowledge of surgical instruments, OT procedures and sterilization
✅ Strong understanding of infection-control practices
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations

We are looking for a skilled, experienced and dedicated OT Incharge (Male) to manage and supervise the Operation Theatre department and ensure smooth, safe and efficient OT services.

🏥 OT Incharge Responsibilities

✅ Supervise and manage all OT operations
✅ Prepare duty schedules and supervise OT staff
✅ Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and OT equipment
✅ Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques
✅ Ensure availability of OT supplies and consumables
✅ Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists and OT staff
✅ Maintain OT records and documentation
✅ Ensure patient safety and smooth workflow
✅ Handle emergency situations and remain on call during emergency hours

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
