Let's talk about the power of showing up. 🏋️‍♂️

About two months ago, He was recovering from major spinal surgery on his L3, L4, and L5. The first few steps were agony. The first few therapy sessions were humbling. Honestly wondered if he ever feel normal again.

Fast forward to today, after 12-15 dedicated sessions of post-operative rehab, he was thrilled to report that he is sitting at 80% recovered! That means:

✅ Walk without pain.
✅ Sit comfortably for long periods.
✅ Regained strength in my core and legs.
