Pre surgical embolization of Head & neck tumors:
Highly vascular tumors especially of head and neck like angiofibromas can be effectively embolized to reduce bleeding during surgery.
1. 1st image shows highly vascular tumor
2. 2nd image is post embolisation showing significantly reduced vascularity

Acute Limb Ischemia:
Theombotic occlusion of limb arteries can be affectively treated with peripheral angioplasty and thrombolysis. This is young patient came with severe lower limb pain. CT Angio showed complete thrombotic occlusion. Patient was treated with angioplasty and thrombolysis and blood flow was restored to the lower limb..
