دل جون بيماريون هڪ جهڙيون هجن، پر بائي پاس سرجري ۾ هر مريض ۽ هر دل مختلف هوندي آهي.

دل جي سرجري ۾ ڪو به ٻه مريض بلڪل هڪجهڙا ناهن هوندا. هر مريض پنهنجي مخصوص چئلينجن سان گڏ ايندو آهي، جنهن لاءِ تجربي، محتاط منصوبابندي، جراحي مهارت ۽ هر مريض لاءِ انفرادي طريقيڪار جي ضرورت هوندي آهي.

الحمدلله، هن هفتي ڪيترن ئي مريضن جون بائي پاس سرجريون ڪيون. انهن مان هي ٻه CABG جا ڪيس دل جي بيمارين جي پيچيدگي ۽ مختلف نوعيت کي ظاهر ڪن ٿا—هڪ 50 ڪلو وزن واري مريض ۾ Left Main شريان سان گڏ ٽنهي اهم شريانين جي بيماري، جڏهن ته ٻئي 130 ڪلو وزن واري مريض ۾ ٽنهي شريانين جي بيماري موجود هئي. ٻنهي مريضن جون ڪامياب بائي پاس سرجريون ڪيون ويون.

منهنجي نظر ۾ مهارت جو مطلب صرف ڪنهن خاص قسم يا وزن واري مريض جو علاج ڪرڻ ناهي؛ اصل مهارت اها آهي ته هر مريض جي دل لاءِ ساڳي محنت، مهارت، ذميواري ۽ خيال سان تيار رهجي.

الحمدلله، مريضن ۽ انهن جي خاندانن جي خدمت ڪرڻ ۽ هڪ محنتي ۽ وقف ڪارڊيڪ سرجري ٽيم سان گڏ ڪم ڪرڻ جو موقعو ملڻ منهنجي لاءِ وڏي خوشي ۽ شڪرگذاري جو سبب آهي.

In cardiac surgery, no two patients are exactly alike. Each case brings its own challenges, requiring experience, careful planning, surgical precision, and a personalized approach.

This week operated several patients Alhamdolillah. These two CABG cases—one involving a 50 kg patient with Left Main + 3-vessel coronary artery disease, and the other a 130 kg patient with 3-vessel coronary artery disease—represent the diversity and complexity encountered in cardiac surgery.

For me, expertise is not about treating a particular type or size of patient. It is about being prepared to give every heart the same level of dedication, skill, and care.

Alhamdolillah, grateful for the opportunity to serve patients and their families, and to work alongside a dedicated cardiac surgical team.
