Patient feedback.
Radiating Pain: Does your back pain travel down your leg? This "shooting" sensation often signals nerve involvement.
The Cause: Compression of the sciatic nerve can lead to numbness, tingling, or weakness from the hip to the toes.
The Risk: Ignoring these symptoms can lead to chronic nerve damage and decreased mobility in daily life.
The Fix: Targeted movement and postural corrections are essential to decompress the spine and find lasting relief.
Don't Wait: Early intervention is the key to preventing long-term discomfort and returning to a pain-free lifestyle.
